Reservations were sold out for Bourbons Bistro’s very unique Bourbon Cocktail Dinner on Monday, August 3, 2009 with about 100 people enjoying this very first event.
Special “sous chefs” and bartenders for the evening were Susan Reigler and Joy Perrine, authors of the upcoming “The Kentucky Bourbon Cocktail Book”. They shared stories of Bourbon and made sample cocktails for each course while Chef Michael Crouch demonstrated the courses.
The evening was a prix-fixe dinner of five (5) courses with each course featuring Maker’s Mark Bourbon as a key ingredient along with a special Maker’s Mark cocktail.
