Wine Tasting Like a Pro - with Scott Harper, Corporate Wine and Beverage Director for the Bristol Bar and Grille, Inc.

For connoisseurs and beginners alike… learn how to describe wine, smell wine, and taste wine like a pro! Understand the influence of climate and winemaking on the taste and flavor of wine. Discover the basic varietal flavors and taste. You will learn the tasting technique of wine professionals by tasting delicious wines.

Instructor: Scott Harper is one of the few Certified Wine Educators (CWE) in America. He has passed 2 of the final 3 segments of the Master Sommelier Diploma.

Participants must be at least 21 years old. This course is held at the Bristol Bar and Grille, 614 W. Main Street. The class meets two Mondays in a row, July 20 and July 27, 2009 from 6:30 to 8:30 pm.
